Quality Inspection
Ensure the apparel is in its original condition with tags intact; our courier partner will conduct a quick physical check during the pickup process.
Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 24-48 hours.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes the final quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or wallet within 5-7 business days.
